The WizMantra UAE personality development course runs over twelve weeks, in three months of four weeks each: confidence and presence, then speaking up, then interview readiness. Sessions are live, online and one to one, so the frame below adapts to your own gap. Shorter 4 to 6 week and intensive versions cover the same material.
How this is actually taught
Every session is one to one, so nothing here is delivered as a lecture. A week is built around you speaking for most of it, being corrected specifically rather than generally, and leaving with one thing to practise before the next session.
The order matters. Confidence comes before content, because there is no point structuring an argument you are too nervous to deliver. Interview work comes last, once the delivery is steady. If you arrive with a deadline, for example an interview in three weeks, the order changes to fit it.
If your English is the limiting factor rather than your confidence, sessions can combine this with spoken English practice so you are not doing the two one after the other.
Month 1: Confidence and Presence
Weeks 1 to 4
Week 1. A self introduction you can give in any room, in 60 seconds
Built three ways: for an interview, for a client meeting, and for a networking event. In the UAE you give this more often than anywhere else, usually to someone who does not share your first language.

Week 2. Voice, pace and pauses, so the nerves stop showing
Speed is what gives nervousness away. We work on slowing down, breathing at the right points, and using a pause instead of a filler word.

Week 3. Posture, eye contact and what your hands are doing
How you hold yourself before you speak. Also covers video calls, since most UAE meetings involve at least one person on a screen.

Week 4. Small talk that does not die after two lines
Openers, follow up questions, and how to exit a conversation politely. Practised across the nationalities you actually work with here.

Month 2: Speaking Up
Weeks 5 to 8
Week 5. Giving an opinion and disagreeing without sounding rude
The language of soft disagreement. Particularly useful in mixed nationality teams where directness lands differently depending on who is listening.

Week 6. Group discussion: entering the talk and getting the floor back
How to enter a conversation already in progress, how to be heard without raising your voice, and how to recover when you are cut off.

Week 7. A three minute talk built on one clear point
Structure, opening, evidence and close. You deliver it live and get it back with specific corrections.

Week 8. Workplace etiquette: greetings, introductions, phone and email tone
Includes the formality range you need across UAE workplaces, from a government office to a startup.

Month 3: Interview Ready
Weeks 9 to 12
Week 9. Interview answers built on situation, action, result
The structure that stops answers rambling. We build your five strongest stories and rehearse them until they are yours.

Week 10. Pressure questions: gaps, failure, weakness and salary
The four that most people fumble. Includes handling the visa and notice period questions common to UAE hiring.

Week 11. Presenting with slides and taking questions you did not expect
Speaking to a deck rather than reading it, and holding your position when a question challenges you.

Week 12. Full mock interview, mock group discussion and your next ninety days
A recorded run of everything, reviewed line by line, plus what to keep practising once the course ends.

After the twelve weeks
Most people continue into something more specific rather than stopping. The three common next steps are public speaking for people who now want an audience rather than a room, interview preparation for an active job search, and business English for client facing and written work.
Questions about this syllabus
Is this the same for everyone?
No. The twelve weeks are the frame, not a script. Sessions are one to one, so the balance shifts towards whatever your gap actually is. Someone preparing for interviews spends longer in Month 3, someone who freezes in meetings spends longer in Month 2.
Can I do it faster than twelve weeks?
Yes. The same content runs as a 4 to 6 week short programme or as an intensive. Fewer weeks means longer or more frequent sessions rather than less material.
Do I need good English already?
No, and this is the most common reason people hesitate. If the confidence gap is really a fluency gap, sessions combine personality development with spoken English so you build both together.
Are classes online?
Yes, every session is live and online, joinable from Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah or any other emirate. No travel and no fixed centre timings.
