On the east coast, online is not the convenient option. It is the only one.

Fujairah is separated from the rest of the country by the Hajar mountains. Driving to a class in Dubai or Sharjah is a two hour proposition each way, which makes it not a real option.
English classes in Fujairah: the short answer
English classes in Fujairah cost AED 430 to AED 783 a month at WizMantra, taught online one to one, with an AED 30 demo class. Slots run 6am to 11pm Gulf Standard Time, seven days a week, with no travel over the mountains.
Every other emirate page on this site weighs online against a physical centre. On the east coast that comparison mostly does not apply, because the physical centres are on the other side of the Hajar range.
The geography is the whole argument
Fujairah, Dibba, Khor Fakkan and Kalba sit on the Gulf of Oman, cut off from Dubai and Sharjah by a mountain range. The drive is roughly two hours each way depending on which pass you take and how the Sharjah traffic is behaving.
So a twice weekly evening course in Dubai would cost about eight hours of driving a week. Nobody sustains that, and nobody should be asked to. There are a small number of training providers on the east coast itself, and for many subjects they are the only option available locally.
For English specifically, an online one to one class removes the constraint completely. The teacher is as close to Dibba as to Deira.
IELTS and exam preparation on the east coast
IELTS is the most searched English topic in Fujairah, ahead of general spoken English. That fits the local picture: people who need a band score for a visa, a university place or a job application, and who cannot easily reach a preparation centre.
IELTS preparation runs one to one online, from AED 862 for General Adhoc and AED 1,038 for General Training or Academic.
