Interview Preparation Classes in Dubai
Live 1-on-1 interview coaching, online, across the UAE
Mock interviews, a self introduction that works, and honest feedback from a coach who works only with you. Recorded practice, STAR answers, and the salary, notice and visa questions drilled until they stop rattling you. From AED 613 a month, with an AED 30 demo.
What interview coaching actually fixes
Not your CV, and not your experience. Interview coaching fixes the gap between what you know and what comes out of your mouth when a panel is looking at you.
Almost everyone who books this can already do the job.
What goes wrong is narrower than people expect. They ramble through the self introduction and lose the room in ninety seconds. They answer a behavioural question with an opinion instead of an example. They get asked about salary and either apologise or overshoot. None of that is a knowledge problem, which is why reading more interview questions online rarely fixes it.
How the coaching works
One to one, live, online. Every session is a cycle: you answer, the coach stops you, you fix it, you answer again. That last step is the one self study never gets to.
What the course covers
Built around whichever of these you are weakest at. Nobody needs all of it, and the demo assessment decides where to start.
Coaching by role
The answer shape is the same everywhere. The examples, vocabulary and likely questions are not, so sessions are built around the job you are actually going for.
The roles we see most in the Emirates:
If your role is not listed, it still works. Bring the job description to the demo and the coach builds from that.
One way video interviews, the round people fail without knowing why
A one way video interview records your answers with no interviewer present. You get a question on screen, a short preparation time, and one or two takes. UAE employers use them to screen high volume roles before anyone speaks to you.
They are strange, and being good in person does not carry over.
- There is no one to react to, so your energy drops without you noticing. You have to perform to a lens.
- The timer is short. A rambling answer gets cut off mid sentence and that is what the recruiter sees.
- Look at the camera, not at your own face on screen. On playback the difference is obvious.
- Frame yourself with a plain wall behind you and light in front, not a window behind you.
- Do a throwaway practice recording first. Almost nobody likes their first take, and that is fine, because the point is to get the shock over with before it counts.
We drill these with a timer, on camera, and watch them back together.
The three questions that decide UAE interviews
Every market has its own awkward questions. In the Emirates it is these three, and they come up in almost every interview regardless of the role.
Answer it plainly and immediately. Say what you hold, whether you need a transfer or a new permit, and whether there is a cancellation period involved.
What loses offers: vagueness. A recruiter reads hesitation here as a complication they do not want to inherit, and they have other candidates.
Give the contractual figure, then give the realistic one. If thirty days is negotiable down to fifteen, say so, because availability is often the tiebreaker between two shortlisted people.
What loses offers: promising an immediate start you cannot deliver. It surfaces later and it costs you the offer at the worst moment.
Give a range, and say whether you mean gross package or basic, because in the UAE the gap between the two is large once housing and transport allowances are counted.
What loses offers: answering with a single number before you know the package structure. You either cap yourself or price yourself out, and both happen in the same sentence.
Rehearse all three out loud on the UAE interview questions practice page before your demo, so the coach can start from where you actually are.
Fees
One to one coaching, same rate in every emirate because every session is online. The AED 30 demo includes an assessment and a real coaching session.
The AED 30 demo is not adjusted against course fees. Full rate card on the course fees page.
Most people booking this have a specific interview coming up, so a single month is the usual choice. Two months suits candidates running a longer search across several employers.
Who books this
- New arrivals interviewing in the UAE for the first time, where the format itself is unfamiliar
- People who keep reaching final rounds and not converting them
- Candidates whose English is fine in the office but deserts them under pressure
- Internal candidates going for a promotion panel
- Graduates and freshers with no interview experience at all
- Anyone facing a recorded video screening for the first time
When to start. Two to three weeks before the interview is comfortable. One week is workable and we tighten the plan around the self introduction and the likely questions.
Two days is late, but if that is what you have, book the demo and we will spend it on the things that move the needle fastest rather than pretending to cover everything.
Prepare on your own first
These cost nothing and need no sign up. Working through them before the demo means the coach spends your session on delivery rather than on basics.

Questions
Interview Preparation Classes in Dubai
Common questions from learners in Dubai, answered.
1How many sessions do I need before an interview?
Most people take two to three weeks of coaching, which is enough to rebuild the self introduction, drill behavioural answers and sit at least one full mock interview. If your interview is in a few days, book the demo and we prioritise delivery over coverage.
2Do you run real mock interviews?
Yes, and recorded. The coach sits in role and does not interrupt, so you get a genuine run through, then you watch it back together. Watching yourself is uncomfortable and it is the single most useful session most candidates have.
3Is this only for people with weak English?
No. Plenty of clients speak excellent English and still lose interviews, usually on structure, pace or the salary conversation. If English itself is the real issue we will say so in the demo, and Business English or spoken English is the better place to start instead.
4What does interview coaching cost in the UAE?
AED 613 for one month of one to one coaching and AED 1,225 for two months. The demo class is AED 30 and includes an assessment plus a real coaching session. The fee is the same in every emirate because sessions are online.
5Can you help with recorded video interviews?
Yes. We practise with a timer and camera, watch the takes back, and fix the things that only show up on video: dropped energy, looking at your own face instead of the lens, and answers that get cut off when the clock runs out.
6What should I say about my visa status and notice period?
Answer both plainly and early. State what visa you hold and whether a transfer is needed, then give your contractual notice and the realistic one. Recruiters read vagueness on either as a complication, and availability often decides between two shortlisted candidates.
7Do you coach for a specific job role?
Yes. Bring the job description to the demo and the sessions are built around it, including the technical questions that usually come before the HR round. We coach hospitality, security, logistics, driving, accounting, sales, engineering and administration roles regularly across the Emirates.
8Is coaching available outside Dubai?
Yes, everywhere in the Emirates. Sessions are live and online, so Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah get the same coaches and the same rate. Slots run early mornings and late evenings for people already working.

Sit one mock interview before the real one
The AED 30 demo is a real coaching session. You give a self introduction, answer two questions cold, and find out what a panel actually notices. Most people are surprised, and it is far better to be surprised now.
