Trainers Manual-Legal Acceptance Documents

By submitting your application and intending to use the services provided by WizMantra, you expressly agree to comply with the following terms and conditions set out in this agreement.

1. The WizMantra module is such that it has classes five days a week. (and usually one month enrollment consists of 20 classes in a month)

2. As a general rule, trainers are not scheduled to conduct classes on weekends. However, exceptions can be made by mutual agreement, particularly if a student requests to conclude their sessions early. Please note that any weekend classes conducted will be counted as part of the monthly enrollment package.

3. Our trainers are committed to adhering to our guidelines for student training. We kindly request your cooperation in providing daily activities/homework assignments to the students

4. Punctuality is of utmost importance. Trainers are expected to promptly begin training sessions with students. At WizMantra, we strongly discourage any form of delay.

5. Trainers are advised against sharing personal contact details, including mobile numbers, with students (no exceptions). If necessary, any email correspondence should be directed to info@wizmantra.com

6. Once classes have commenced, trainers are expected to fulfill their commitment without interruption. If students have enrolled for a three-month period, trainers are responsible for completing the sessions as agreed.

7. However, WizMantra reserves the right to terminate any session based on feedback received from the students.

8. If there is an emergent situation, the trainers are obliged to intimate the institute as well as the student in advance.

9. The trainer’s compensation is based on the sessions they conduct, regardless of the student’s package. For instance, if a student enrolls for 20 sessions but expresses dissatisfaction after 5 sessions, the trainer will be compensated for the sessions completed and no further compensation will be provided.

10. It is compulsory on the part of the trainers to submit their PAN Card, Aadhar Number, Address Proof, and 2 references. Please email these documents at info@wizmantra.com

11. All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction alone.
